A-CAM is a professional production tool provided by Stephen Portman trading as IN-NO-V8 (the "Company"). By using this software, you agree to these terms. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use A-CAM for creating professional storyboards and video prompts.
The 'Professional' license is a one-time purchase that unlocks advanced lens profiles and compositing features. This license is tied to your account/email and is for individual or small-team use as specified at purchase.
You own the copyright to the storyboards and prompts generated using A-CAM. IN-NO-V8 claims no ownership over your creative output. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded subject matter (images/plates) does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
A-CAM relies on AI inference services (Gemini). While we strive for 100% uptime, service availability may be subject to third-party API stability. IN-NO-V8 is not liable for temporary service interruptions.
