Refund Policy

1. Digital Software Goods

A-CAM licenses are digital products provided by Stephen Portman trading as IN-NO-V8. Due to the nature of digital software and the ability to preview features in the 'Free Beta' tier, you explicitly agree and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the download of the digital software or the activation of the Professional license has commenced.

2. Trial Before You Buy

We provide a fully functional 'Creator' tier to allow users to test A-CAM's core engine, AI analysis, and storyboard export capabilities before committing to a purchase. We strongly recommend testing the software in your specific hardware/browser environment first.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical bug prevents the software from performing its core functions and our support team cannot provide a resolution within 14 days.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same license twice using different emails.

4. Processing Refunds

As our reseller, Paddle.com handles the financial side of refund requests. If you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact stephen@in-no-v8.com with your order details, and we will initiate the process through Paddle.
