Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection & Processing

A-CAM by Stephen Portman trading as IN-NO-V8 is designed as a privacy-first production tool. We process two primary types of data:

• Subject Images: Images uploaded for AI analysis are processed transiently to generate storyboard sketches and depth metadata. These images are not used to train global AI models.
• Background Plates: Background images uploaded for scene compositing are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our permanent servers.

2. AI Analysis & Metadata

We utilize Gemini AI for subject analysis and prompt generation. When you upload a subject, the visual data is sent to secure AI inference endpoints to extract technical cinematography metadata (lighting, pose, subject type). This metadata is used solely to generate your technical prompts and storyboard previews.

3. Third-Party Services

Our payment processing is handled by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects and processes your payment information according to their own privacy policy. IN-NO-V8 does not store credit card details on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Storyboard data and technical prompts generated within the 'Director's Interface' are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will remove this information. We do not maintain a permanent cloud archive of your generated storyboards unless explicitly exported by you.
